following the crash. abc7 news reporter melanie woodrow has information on the investigation you'll see only on abc7 news. >> reporter: tonight, the california public utilities commission says city sight seeing could be seeing up to $20,000 in citations if investigators found violations they could choose to open an even more formal investigation that doesn't limit the fine. investigators are taking pictures and examining the twisted tour bus with dozens of exposed wires, searching for clues. san francisco police, patrol and cal public utilities commission are on the scene. chp says the tour bus company never told the commission bit. something the cpuc says the company was required to do. last week, the bus crashed into a bicyclist, other cars and scaffolding. the bus driver says the brakes failed. >> how are you brakes? >> fine. >> the ceo says city sight seeing insuspects vehicles every 45 days or less and says they inspected that bus that crashed october 25th. that is registered with the dmv. the state says that is not enough. investigators are also looking at bus 223, the run away bus that was crashed into. there was body damage and dents to the top deck. maintenance worker jose santos says he's thinking about his friends. >> i'm sad. >> reporter: and like investigators trying to figure out how it occurred. >> we never do nothing to hurt nobody. france launched new air strikes against islamic state targets in syria. >> video shows large buildings being destroyed by bombs. ten fighter yets are involved but a french aircraft carrier will add two dozen jets to the arsenal. >> police found a car rented to the only known attacker still on the run. surveillance video shows three people involved on the assaults on restaurants and bars. investigators aren't sure if the person is on the run,s been killed or arrested. >> today a soccer match between germany and netherlands was evacuated due to a threat of an explosive being set off during that match. in london, they joined frefrnl fans in a rendition of the french national anthem. a moment of silence honored the 129 people killed. happening now, in san francisco state university, abc7 news is at a vigil for the cal state student killed in paris. naomi gonzales was in a restaurant when the shootings began. organizers said they wanted to let students know they have support. >> regardless of where they're studying abroad or on campus, we're with them. and that we're here to support them. and help them in every possible way. >> the other 16 students are safe. 35 sf students were also safe after the impacts. the fbi led a security exercise today, the drill, planned before the terrorist attacks in paris was a preparation for super bowl 50 in february. abc7 news is live in santa clara with the training. >> reporter: security is always a big issue at levi stadium for every game and event. but the federal, state, and local agencies involved in the drill didn't want details compromised. agencies from across santa clara valley brought in ambulances and fire rigs. >> we're hoping for enhanced security and to push ourselves and working with our partners to present the safest event possible. >> the scenario involved hundred if not thousands of people, nearly all drills were out of sight from public viewing. chinook helicopters made runs and may have been part of an evacuation plan. the fbi had invited media to cover this exercise, but it was closed to media, the concern is revealing sensitive strategies. >> it is our desire to make sure that tactical considerations being made secure ti concerns, qualified security plan, we did not want that information divulged. >> reporter: sky 7 hd is not showing details of the exercise itself. >> in the planning process, you have to prepare for the unknowns and so you go through a variety of scenarios. what if it rains? what if it snows? what if there is a larger turn out than expected? >> you prepare for everything. the paris attacks propelled a french american school to alert th fbi about graffiti on the playground. abc7 news was on hickory street while they painted over the logo. neighborhood that operates under sharia law. also, a bay area mosque is trying to get the word out tonight. they're all about community. they talked with us about the special guests they hosted today. those stories, coming up. two of the 349ers fans accused of beating a person outside of levis stadium were arraigned today the two are being charged with assault. the attack shows the men kicking and punching the vikings fan. current oakland raider alden smith has been suspended for a year for substance abuse. can smith come back after this suspension? abc7 sports director larry beil will have more coming up in sports. a 17-year-old high school student in the south bay was arrested for starting an instagram page to solicit nude pictures of under aged girls. this happened in lincoln high. some pictures were posted to instagram. and lyanne joins us with the latest tonight. >> reporter: we've been able to confirm this has turned into a serious matter where san jose unified and police say inappropriate images were shared. these are some of the posts that police are investigating because they solicit nude pictures of young girls from several high schools. i will post anonymously. official page to put bots on blast. all have a similar user name, san jose bop. police are working with two school distrits. >> these schools are communicating with parents and letting them know this investigation is taking place. >> reporter: yesterday, lincoln high school officials notified police after a student complained. police arrested a 17-year-old and for posting pictures. instagram closed that account, but says this one surfaced. lincoln high school parents were notified via e-mail. >> shocking, but in today's age, with social media, i mean, anything can happen. >> because the girls are minors, it's considered child pornography, a felony. >> there are consequences depending on the behavior. so it's important to make parents aware of that. instagram did not respond our calls or e-mails and police kept silence today. in san jose, abc7 news. we know how a man stuck between two buildings died while trying to rub away from police, he died from asphyxia. no shots were fired. a picture showed how small the space was between the buildings. family members accused police of beating him and covering up his death. >> dozens setting up camp outside berkeley city hall. what they surveillance video shows another person in a paris sidewalk cafe. there is more retaliation from france with ten fighter jets carrying out air strikes on islamic state group targets, isis claimed responsibility for the attacks. and police say serious plan for explosion, their words, forced the evacuation of a stadium in germany. the soccer match was cancelled and police did not find explosives. >> in paris tonight there is concern that 100% muslim neighborhoods are breeding grounds for terrorists. >> david ono from los angeles is in paris with the story. >> gill grew up in san bernardino, now lives in paris. we meet at a gateway of a muslim community known as a no go zone. a place if you don't live here, you don't want to be here. this particular community is 100% muslim. seemingly a world away when it comes to quality of life. the people here struggle. >> that is where we meet sadek, he is tunisian. his first language is arabic. he tells me they can't get a job, so he sells cigarettes. >> he sells marlboro for food. >> and another large muslim community with roots from central africa. there are shop owners who seem to be kind though they don't want cameras in their safe after the impacts. the fbi led a security exercise today, the drill, planned before the terrorist attacks in paris was a preparation for super bowl 50 in february. abc7 news is live in santa clara with the training. >> reporter: security is always a big issue at levi stadium for every game and event. but the federal, state, and local agencies involved in the drill didn't want details compromised. agencies from across santa clara valley brought in ambulances and fire rigs. >> we're hoping for enhanced security and to push ourselves and working with our partners to present the safest event possible. >> the scenario involved hundred if not thousands of people, nearly all drills were out of sight from public viewing. chinook helicopters made runs and may have been part of an evacuation plan. the fbi had invited media to cover this exercise, but it was closed to media, the concern is revealing sensitive strategies. >> it is our desire to make sure that tactical considerations being made secure ti concerns, qualified security plan, we did not want that information divulged. >> reporter: sky 7 hd is not showing details of the exercise itself. >> in the more coming up in sports. a 17-year-old high school student in the south bay was arrested for starting an instagram page to solicit nude pictures of under aged girls. this happened in lincoln high. some pictures were posted to instagram. and lyanne joins us with the latest tonight. >> reporter: we've been able to confirm this has turned into a serious matter where san jose unified and police say inappropriate images were shared. these are some of the posts that police are investigating because they solicit nude pictures of young girls from several high schools. i will post anonymously. official page to put bots on blast. all have a similar user name, san jose bop. police are working with two school distrits. >> these schools are communicating with parents and letting them know this investigation is taking place. >> reporter: yesterday, lincoln high school officials notified police after a student complained. police arrested a 17-year-old and for posting pictures. instagram closed that account, but says this one surfaced. lincoln high school parents were notified via e-mail. >> shocking, but in today's age, with social media, i mean, anything can happen. >> because the girls are minors, it's considered child pornography, a felony. >> there are consequences depending on the behavior. so it's important to make parents aware of that. instagram did not respond our calls or e-mails and police kept silence today. in san jose, abc7 news. we know how a man stuck between two buildings died while trying to rub away from police, he died from asphyxia. no shots were fired. a picture showed how small the space was between the buildings. family members accused police of beating him and covering up his death. >> dozens setting up camp outside berkeley city hall. what they surveillance video shows another person in a paris sidewalk cafe. there is more retaliation from france with ten fighter jets carrying out air strikes on islamic state group targets, isis claimed responsibility for the attacks. and police say serious plan for explosion, their words, forced the evacuation of a stadium in germany. the soccer match was cancelled and police did not find explosives. >> in paris tonight there is concern that 100% muslim neighborhoods are breeding grounds for terrorists. >> david ono from los angeles is in paris with the story. >> gill grew up in san bernardino, now lives in paris. we meet at a gateway of a muslim community known as a no go zone. a place if you don't live here, you don't want to be here. this particular community is 100% muslim. seemingly a world away when it comes to quality of life. the people here struggle. >> that is where we meet sadek, he is tunisian. his first language is arabic. he tells me they can't get a job, so he sells cigarettes. >> he sells marlboro for food. >> and another large muslim community with roots from central africa. there are shop owners who seem to be kind though they don't want cameras in their
