Now, the chief would not tell us how many of his officers might have been involved with this young woman. He would use the term only the term several. Reporter richmond chief is just the latest east bay official grappling with accusations from an 18yearold teen that she had sex with more than two dozen Police Officers. Some when she was a juvenile. The early indications are at least in terms of potential relationships between the primary witness in this case and our folks or relationships that were after she became an adult. Reporter using the name the teen told our media part of the Bay Area News Group she had sex with more than 25 officers, 14 from the oakland department, the rest from richmond. Contra costa and alameda county, unlike other agencies alameda downtown county sheriffs are not opening an investigation steling access sechz news, quote, as long as our officers did not engage in under age sex or unlawful sex, then what they do as long as it is not illegal or unethical does not rise to the level of an investigation. Reporter abc 7 news has learned that judge aaron persky was taken off that Sexual Assault case after the Santa Clara County District Attorney took the rare step of filing that motion to remove the judge from the case. They said and this is a statement from the District Attorneys office we lack confidence that judge persky can fairly participate in this upcoming hearing in which a male nurse sexually assaulted an anest sized female patient. A juror in the brock turner case expressed his outrage in a letter to the judge. I was a juror in the brock turner trial. The first words in his letters to judge aaron persky, a letter he also sent to the palo alto weekly. He wrote, i was absolutely shocked and appalled at the judges leniency. A six month sentence he gave former stanford swimmer brock turnerer for a Sexual Assault conviction. Reporter elena spoke with a juror after she received the letter. The blinding explosion and intense heat from fire burning several businesses in an industrial commercial building unbearable forcing firefighters to fall back into defensive mode.
