Nelson Mandela: Funeral corruption accused now back in court
Former Eastern Cape Health MEC, Sindiswa Gomba, appeared in court for corruption and fraud related to Nelson Mandela's funeral.
Nelson Mandela Funeral Corruption: Former Eastern Cape Health MEC, Sindiswa Gomba, and eleven others appeared briefly at the East London Regional Court facing charges of corruption, money laundering, fraud and contravention of the Municipal Finance Management Act this week.
Gomba, Phumlani Mkolo, Zukiswa Veronica Ncitha, Themba Tinta, Luleka Simon-Ndzele, Tembelani Prideaux Sali, Ondela Vatile Mahlangu, Viwe Vazi, Zintle Nkuhlu (a trustee of the Lilly Rose Trust), Nosiphiwo Mati, Dean William Fanoe and Nqaba Ludidi all had their bail extended during the court appearance.
