Staff Writer MILL CREEK — A Mill Creek woman is behind bars after leading police officers on a high-speed pursuit Tuesday afternoon, after allegedly striking another woman with the vehicle she was driving. Stevie Drew Fox, 33, has been charged with fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, a felony, and is currently incarcerated in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. At approximately 1 p.m. Tuesday, Randolph County Sheriff Rob Elbon and Corporal E.B. Carr received a call saying a vehicle had struck a person at Fox’s Lumber Mill in Mill Creek and that the automobile was being operated by Fox, according to the criminal complaint, prepared by Elbon.
