drive and ramblewood. some of surrounding homes were evacuated for safety. luckily, nobody was hurt. happening in alameda county in a couple of hours, salons and barbershops can reopen indoors. outdoor dance classes will be added to the list of permitted noncontact fitness activities. the county allowed salons and barbershops to open outdoors a few days ago. it is part of the states new light to reopen more of the economy. this morning, county leaders are saying, not so fast. santa clara county moved from the purple to the red tear two weeks ago, which means, as soon as next tuesday, they state could allow the county to reopen indoor personal care services. restaurants and churches. movie theaters, gems, and fitness studios as well as schools could open but everything would come with modifications.>> as a teacher, it is a frightening. i have a child with down syndrome. to give it to my son, i do not know if he would survive. like there should be no mistake. we have a with the family of a black man fatally shot by police who was initially pulled over for not having a light on his bicycle. this is by the camera footage from february 2018, right before officer ryan mcmahon shot and killed ron l foster. the shooting outraged many, but the da said mcmahon was justified in using deadly force. according to the mercury news comedy city settled for $5.7 million. a year after foster was shot, officer mcmahon was involved in another fatal shooting. willie mccoy in a taco bell drive-through. last month we learned the police chief recommended that mcmahon be fired. arrest him 100 miles north of portland and lacey washington. officers opened fire after he exited an apartment and got into a car. >> there was a confrontation between the officers on scene. the subject was armed and the subject fled from the vehicle. at which time there was additional shots fired. speaking of at two vice news, michael reinoehl admitted to the killing and insisted that he did on self- defense. >> i could have sat there and watch them kill a friend of mine of color but i was not going to do that. had i not acted, i am confident that my friendanre i would have killed.>> is geared towards increasing supply and providing construction jobs at the same time. according to the chronicle, the housing investment trust hopes to finance more than 4000 residential units by 2025. the organizations that this will result in 4000 union construction jobs the, and the 12,000 jobs in total. the berkeley college town is feeling more like a ghost town this morning. many all the way to the golden gate bridge, traffic is pretty light with a nice ride heading into san francisco. we have a bit of crowding. a few brake lights westbound 580 heading into the altamont pass. nothing like a normal work week a day. it is certainly friday night coming out of tracy onto the 580 connector. the travel times have been in the green. 25 minutes, 25 two 680. eastshore freeway clear as a far as highway 104. on there is a snack near matilda but not blocking later it the baber toll plaza metering lights off along the upper get back heading into san francisco. just a heads up, because of the holiday weekend come other changes to public transit on monday. no rr t operated. caltrain is barred and a lot of transit agencies will be on a sunday or holiday schedule. just a heads up, if you are using bar to, the bart weekend track closures are ineffective friday through monday between the base fare and a south hayward stations. buses will be available, but you can expected
