Judge OKs sale of former Justice coal company helicopter | L

A federal judge has approved the sale of a helicopter surrendered by one of Gov. Jim Justice's coal companies to an Indian construction technology firm. The sale follows the Justice company, Bluestone Resources Inc., failing to pay a $13 million judgment awarded to Caroleng Investments Limited in a coal production-related dispute.
