It goes without saying that the last year has been challenging. All of us have had to deal with more stress, more anxiety and a whole new routine. Working from home while looking after the kids, not to mention homeschooling, has left us all a bit frazzled. And with fewer opportunities to exercise, less time outdoors and the snack cupboard very close at hand, it's no wonder many of us have struggled to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Time pressures and busy schedules mean that, while we want to feel amazing, we don't want complicated, restrictive regimes or programmes that could take months.
