>> i felt like i was going to sign up for a seminar for vivek ramaswamy. he was delivering it. like a used car salesman or motivational speaker. he appealed to emotion. without trump you needed somebody that would shine. does he have a lot to back it up? i disagree you on desantis. i think he would have more of a moment if everybody piled on him. he could say all of the stuff you are talking about, i have done it and i will do it again. i wish more people piled on desantis to talk about his record more. i also didn't expect mike pence to give us the spice. i am not mad at it. >> jesse: he was not overly aggressive but bret had to calm him down. what about what tomi lahren said? did you expect desantis to tangle more or not see vivek ramaswamy coming? >> desantis did not win or lose. he came down 10 points in the polls and losing donors. he needed to sparkle last night and he didn't. i don't think he made up any ground which you have to makeup to be in 2. vivek ramaswamy i was impressed with. when no one knows your name you get an extra 30 seconds to respond. he dominated the stage. tim scott i was not sure he was there. three points that vivek ramaswamy was so good at. called climate change a hoax. we will burn coal. i love. defended donald trump. donald trump has more than 50% of the voters. you have to win those people over. by defending trump you can access them if something happens to trump. on ukraine vivek ramaswamy was the only one who said no money to ukraine. desantis was waffling. how about the southern border of the u.s.? donald trump was not there but was? did you see anybody rising to that level? >> no. i lowered by expectations last night. i hoped for maybe a cage fight between the political dwarfs. what i got was bickering, food fight at the kids table at thanksgiving. not sure what they are auditioning. not for 2024 and not for vice-president. >> jesse: you don't think trump is considering any of those people for vice-president or cabinet? >> well, you are spot on. today, it feels like one of the low points in american history. i wonder what the rest of the world is looking at the once great super power of united states of america and thinking as we watch this play out with my father-in-law. a fourth indictment. the arraignment today and probably a mug shot of one of the most recognizable people in the world. why would you need a mug shot and a bond for someone like donald trump is absurd. he is no flight risk. everyone recognizes him. it shows how far the democrats have gone at this point. they used to try to hide it. it feels blatant and out front now. they are not afraid to show us how they are willing to tear down this country. our founding fathers wanted separation of powers because they never wanted the influence of politics in your legal system but that's happened to donald trump with four indictments. only a year since the pre-dawn raid at mar-a-lago. it only escalateed to this point today. we have seen what infiltrating our legal system with politics will do. we are no longer a constitutional republic where we the people get to choose our leaders and how this country is run. my father-in-law has always said it: they are not after me. they are after all of us. i am just standing in their way. he has stood in their way and will continue to stand in their way. he understands this is bigger than him. this is about the future of the country. if we allow this corruption to go forward and allow this to play out the way the democrats want to, we will lose the united states. >> jesse: you saw the debate last night and where people raised their hands if they would support your father-in-law if he was convicted. there was hesitation but almost every hand went up. do you think this field of candidates understands it's not just about donald trump but the entire country and this desperate lashing out at people they can't control? >> it was a rico case i pled guilty on. i had three. two were federal and the other was a state out of florida. i was acquited in that case. i pled guilty to a second rico indictment and pled guilty to a third in florida. i am familiar with the statute. >> jesse: the statute is a conspiracy deal and some taxes were not paid. how is that similar to the bidens? >> well, i had 18 shell companies. when i say shell companies, all of these companies had was a bank account. no brick and mortar office. no employees. all we did was collect money. the money i collected was tax money we were defrauding the government out of. the only percent for these companies was to collect that money. it's exactly the same thing i see going on with bind. i wonder why they are not asking certain questions: what service did you provide? what product did you sell? what did you collect this money? he's are easy questions but no answers. i am familiar with the statute. you have suspicious bank accounts and money flowing into shell companies and money going into everybody but joe biden. he didn't want to put the money in his account. i didn't put the money into my account. i collected it in a different way. you have text messages and emails. there is a slam dunk rico indictment. you are innocent until proven guilt. but i would have been indicted with the amount of evidence i am seeing from a distance and hearing every day. >> jesse: you said the money came into the shells. none hit your bank account. you got the money in other ways. joe is saying no penny hit his account. >> of course, it would not hit his account. he doesn't want it attached to him. if he son is going around selling joe's illusion of being able to provide a service as vice-president, why would he have the money going into his account? he doesn't want it attached to him. he could send it everywhere else. sending it to family members, there has to be a service these family members provided. why is the money going into their accounts? what did they do? the sources are questionable. china and ukraine and so. i am not saying he is innocent or guilty. what i am saying from my experience and it's vast, this is a slam dunk indictment. no doubt. a partner of racketeering. this was done over a period of time. you can say there is an argument that can be made that biden is a criminal organization. if this money is coming in illegally. it looks that way to me. not only did i defend my own, but i see many of my former associates that rico indictments. the partner is always the same. this looks like exactly like that. >> jesse: are you in the united states right now?
