Earlier on friday, huge plumes of smoke could be seen rising from the capital of lebanon, after israel said it fired a series of rockets into beirut. The israeli Defence Force says it was targetting hezbollah s headquarters, as huge explosions leveled buildings in beirut s densely populated Southern Suburbs.
