hypocritically spending every waking moment of every day obsessively condemning the riot on january 6th. and of course, ignoring the core issue of why nancy pelosi and mayor muriel bowser failed to make use of the up to 20,000 national guard troops that donald trump had authorized as required by law two days prior to keep the peace. as also requested by the capitol police chief repeatedly. democrats are now reversing course once again and they are supporting acts of political violence. as we speak, for a loved are trying to harass and intimidate u.s. supreme court justices and coerce them into saving roe v. wade. it is a disgusting, despicable attempt to destroy the independence of our nations judiciary. and the silence and the task approval from the biden administration and joe biden and democrats frankly, that is equally repulsive. this week justice alito and his family were forced to flee their home after writers don't like rioters a publisher's address and made plans to show up at his front door. by the way, they showed up. sara carter will join us live from the scene, the so-called demonstration that just took place outside of alito's home. sadly it is not just justice alito. multiple supreme court justices and their families were targeted at their own homes by pro-abortion activists. let me be clear. this is never okay. they must be saved, must be protected from political violence and intimidation, because it is never acceptable. on the show we condemn all of the writing come all 574 riots in the summer of 2020. we condemn violence on january 6th. i did at real time on own radio show and on the show. we condemns the left's violence against the supreme court and pro-life americans everywhere. over the weekend in wisconsin, the headquarters of a pro-life group was attacked, a molotov cocktail thrown through a window into an office causing considerable damage and look at your screen, this threatening message was spray-painted on the building. "if abortions aren't safe, then you aren't either." a church in colorado also defaced by pro-abortion vandals and did new york, st. patrick's cathedral was surrounded by protesters hurling insults at anyone who went inside. and in los angeles, rioters dressed as handmade stormed into a catholic church service shouting profanities and pro-abortion rhetoric. and in washington, d.c., to catholic churches on capitol hill requested extra police presence after one left wing group threatened to "burn the euchre receptacle. naturally, many democrats, their friends in the media mob, they are applauding this kind of violence. i guess the only condemn violence if they can tie it somehow to something republican or conservative. and a statement the speaker of the house nancy pelosi applauded the so-called protesters were using their righteous anger to march and to mobilize. in front of justices houses. and get this, one reporter explicitly called for more violence tweeting a link to the wisconsin attack along with the caption "more of this." may they never know a moment of peace or safety until they rot in the ground for the wannabe politician in california called for cavanaugh's home and all of his possessions, that they be burned in front of him here the rhetoric on tv was even worse. take a look. speak of violence is always over the line. the real questions and conversations today about protests outside the supreme court justices have strictly justice kavanaugh. where do you think that line is. >> and constitutional rights that you believe that you had for of comments. violence, threats, and intimidation have no place in political discourse. >> sean: i'm sure if something happened you would probably call it an insurrection, right? do you really think -- do you really care that supreme court justices are getting stalked, harassed, intimidated this way? you care about churches being vandalized as we witness this weekend. imagine if we flipped the script. imagine if conservatives were stalking, harassing liberal supreme court justices, which they never should do. could you imagine the outrage? imagine the hysteria, the hypocrisy is off the charts here. of course, democrats -- they are all hypocrites, because they have almost no principles. they were virtually silent with 574 riots in the summer of 2020, but they do want to talk about the one right, because they can use it for political purposes. think about this, for several years, democrats tried to weaponize your government and force all americans to get vaccinated, then booster you could feel the tension in the air here. we were in the neighborhood of justice samuel alito's home and roughly 50 to 100 people came marching down the street into the justices neighborhood. some of the neighbors came out, they were looking, they were looking, there were police on scene. they actually gave some speeches there and the middle-of-the-road. and then i tried to ask them questions. i wanted to know why they were there in the neighborhood. what is the excuse for being so intrusive and standing in front of a justices home. it is a very dangerous situation. this is what i heard. >> i want to ask you a quick question because i saw your sign. can you explain why this is not interesting in your opinion? >> no comment. >> you have no comment on why this is not interesting? okay, but you are holding a sign that says, i'm sorry does this feel intrusive. and i'm just curious. okay. speak i've got to tell you, sean. quite a few people at the protest did not want to answer that question pair they wanted to continue to move -- a speaker said that they had the right to be intrusive and marched down justice alito's streets just because they believe that the justice is involved in their choice with their own body. it was very -- it was full attention, the police were there, but in the end it was peaceful. they dispersed after about an hour. they came down to a grocery store in the neighborhood. they did one more speech and then they all went on their own way. i can tell you that is, will not be the end of these marches. they are expected to get a lot bigger, a lot more intrusive. i know that the fairfax police department and everybody here in alexandria, virginia, are grateful that this night has come to a close, but are more concerned about what is going to happen next. >> i understand they have the force of the of their homes and brought to you on. i'm not sure if they will be able to return to their homes, because now their addresses have been made public. that is a danger to them, their families, and their neighbors, no? >> absolutely. it is a significant danger. i mean, look, their right to privacy has been removed completely. they have been doxxed. now i guess it is up to the fairfax police department and the various neighborhoods of the justices to ensure the security of their neighborhood. that is not always the case. remember going all the way back to virginia with the shooting at the baseball field with the republican congressional members. there is a lot of concern here in this community about that. they know it can happen. all it the leak. instead they sit back and say, is not interesting? you are just passionate, as nancy pelosi says. as jen psaki said, listen. these thugs have no business in the private homes of any government official. these supreme court justices or anyone else. these dogs who doxxed the justices should be embarrassed and ashamed. by the way, these are the same thugs that are firebombing pro-life outlets bear the same thugs that are going into churches, disturbing churches. they hate faith, they hate god, they hit the catholic church, and it is disgusting to see joe biden and the riots. we had dozens of dead americans, thousands of injured cops. not only were they silent, there were many people in, has that actually offered moral support for these groups. and that the bail fund, that defund and dismantle effort. then january 6th happened. peacefully patriotically march to the capital, so your voices will be heard. that is the one right that they only want to focus on. they are okay with sending or allowing or proving people going to the homes and doxxing the homes of these justices. why the selective moral outrage and why the silence as people seem so -- ignore the funding and no parental consent and no parental notification. the latest polling shows that just 6% of americans support unlimited abortion on demand right up until the moment of birth. the reason democrats are figuring out is because they can't actually convince their fellow citizens through the democratic process to adopt their extreme radical views. so instead they want to use brute force. and in this instance, they want to use violence. if they want to protest, great. go to the public square, go to the mall, go in front of the supreme court. protesters in front of the supreme court from the time it was built. all of that is legitimate. but they are not looking for a peaceful speech. they are looking, intimidation, they are looking for targeting the kids of the justices. that is grotesque. and just this week, we saw "the washington post" -- this one protester, this woman who was protesting her neighbor, brett kavanaugh. i mean it, is shameful. and this is where today's democratic party is. they are afraid of november, because they know the voters are going to throw them out on their reruns. >> their estates right now, the big myth that they froze over to her and that abortion would become a legal in america you know, it will not. the states will decide, because roe was bad law, from my perspective. you are the law students. one of alan dershowitz best. in his own words. basically what they did in the case of roe was they granted a right, not granted in the constitution, so i would argue does rather than go forward and give that a right to individuals, they basically send it back to the states. there is a whole bunch of states that allow abortion up until the hour before birth. for crying out loud. that will still continue in some states. abortion is not going anywhere. >> that's right. if you look at our nation's history for the first 185 years of our nation's history, abortion was decided by elected legislatures, primarily at the state level. and listen, we all recognize that abortion is an issue that is deeply emotional, it's personal, people feel very strongly and have sharply divided views. when roe v. wade was handed down, it was seven unelected lawyers in black drove said to the american people, you pesky voters. your views don't matter. we know better than you do. we are philosopher kings and we are going to decree the rule. and i will tell you, it was wrong with it was issued, it's been wrong every day since then, but that ruling produced enormous anger, an enormous division, because when people disagree and feel strongly about it, if the democratic process is available, you can go and make the case to your fellow citizens or you can argue for it, but with roe, the court said no, we know better than you do. if roe is overturned, and i pray that it is, the result will be at goes back to the elected legislature. harassing the justices -- they can go to their state legislature. already in front of the legislature for the role they want and will let democracy play out. >> in other words, there was no right to such -- there was no right enumerated in the constitution. and therefore it should constitutionally be in the state's hands. if it is overturned on this drive comes down the way we think it will, that will be what the law and every state -- every state will make their own law and we will decide from she's a lawyer. she is on tv. she's not only a lawyer, she is their chief legal analyst saying it is okay for what these guys are doing. they are out there committing a crime purposes and to peaceful protest, the law is very clear, you cannot go to a judges home with intent to influence them. the law is there for a very good reason. that is another reason our united states supreme court justices -- their lifetime opponent don't like opponents. i would guarantee even the most liberal justices are modified and horrified. what is happening in front of their colleagues homes. because they all act states, but you can have all these liberal states like new york and california and new jersey and illinois that probably will continue to allow for third trimester abortions. and then people will how extreme is it? >> it doesn't codify roe, what it would do would allow abortion to be had right up until the moment of birth. roe v. wade says the state can regulate abortion after viability of the fetus is about 23-24 weeks. this go wells beyond, so the answer to roe v. wade being potentially repealed is to nationalize a law that allows abortion right up to the moment of birth. that is pretty extreme. this will be a referendum of joe biden's economic and national security policy. it won't be a referendum on row view wade. the election will be decided about, you can't buy baby formula -- i bet 100% of americans believe if you have a baby had to bring the baby and of the world it should be able to buy formula. there's a crisis when it comes to baby formula. they can fill up your gas tank. i spent $65 filling up my gas tank today and it was three quarters -- that was just three quarters. the border is broken. three things should happen here. joe biden should look at the camera in the eye until every protester, leave the judges home alone. you are committing a crime. it is illegal to go and try to intimidate a judge who is hearing a case at their home like it would be a juror. joe biden needs to say that. we all asked trump to tell the protesters to leave the capital. president biden, here's what i want you to do. get on television until these people to leave the judges alone because they are committing a crime. >> sean: senator, the problem with your advice is that ship has sailed. the administration has already said -- in front of the supreme court justices homes. they have already given the task of approval. >> number two, i'm going to write a letter to the attorney general and ask him, what is his interpretation. there is a law in the books that prevents judges from being arrested and picketed while they are decided a case. same for a juror. they are literally violating the law. they violated the law when they went into the capital, trespassing and the capital, taking matters into their own hands. everybody yelled at trump, tell him to leave. here's what i'm telling president biden. tell these people to leave the judges alone, don't go to their home, this is illegal, it's wrong, it's bad for america. joe biden needs to step up and take matters into his own hands. as president of the united states, speak forcefully to these people and try to get an outcome in a case that violates our law. attorney general garland, you need to issue an opinion tomorrow saying that the activity in front of the judges house violates the law. >> sean: i would like the attorney general to weigh in, i would like the director to weigh in, i would like the secretary -- the domestic terrorism was the biggest act of society. don't you think it's a little bit dangerous allowing people to show up in front of the homes of supreme court justices when they are facing an important decision?
