massive convoy set to arise right around may 23rd, the very day biden will pull the plug on title 42. that is the trump eric covid rule to allow migrants to be turned away. even some democrats think letting that policy expire it is a stupid idea. but of course, joe biden isn't listening. texas governor abbott meanwhile continues to follow through on his promise to bring the border crisis to biden's front door. a third bus carrying illegal immigrants arriving in washington, d.c., this morning. texas lawmakers sounding off. >> the biden administration has immigration laws abandon of america. a lot of leaders in congress have no idea about the chaos they have caused by the open border policies and they refused to come down and see firsthand. speak with his whole administration is a joke. look people are dying and women are being traffic and sentinel coming into the country. i've had it with him, the vice president, the secretary of i.c.e. and homeland security because they are doing nothing. our country is being lost and they sit in smirk and make jokes. i don't have time for this. these are not serious people. >> judge jeanine: and lawrence jones went down to the border and back with exclusive footage with migrants. >> or did you guys come from? these people apparently got away from them they play a major role to bring people across. >> based on intelligence move we don't think they were telling the truth. you have to pay the cartel to get across the border, especially with that train right there. as you can see they have the camouflage and the guy to get them across the border but they ended up getting lost. there is a human aspect when inviting people to come across the border illegally, these people get trapped. the waters, i have not had an order for a day. they ran out of food and what greg abbott is doing symbolic measure to get the world and the country to understand what texans are dealing with. he has used every two in his bucket to get washington attention and it's not just greg abbott but the democrats and those local communities that have switched to the republican side and henry cuellar in modern democrats saying "get involved." it is the bipartisan group telling joe biden not to repeal title 42. we tried to build the wall in the porter system and buy the equipment from the united states because joe biden decided to let it sit there and rest and it was already paid for by the taxpayer. he decided he would not do that. so what more can texans do? we continue to deal with these problems but the united states and the federal government to secure the border. >> judge jeanine: they have given up on it, tyrus but the interesting thing the government and mexico complaining because there was a backup and traffic jam because governor abbott insisted on enhanced security inspections of what was coming across the border. we just heard moments ago, they repealed it, but it was for the right reason and apparently avid is trying to work with the mexicans to make this run smoother. >> tyrus: two things, abbott is showing us what leadership is supposed to be like. he got a lot of criticism because it would delay in her businesses, but they got everyone to pay attention. he did something we never see from the current administration. he admitted they were wrong that wasn't working. i'm going to repeal it, fix it, but you guys know what happened. he is also trying to make the unaffected affected. that is what boasting immigrants over to washington is all about. the problem is, it will affect the local people in washington appeared it will not affect the governor so he will still not get the results don't desired results. he's running out of things to get them in the game to experience the frustration spirit and fortunately they are willing to play the waiting game. we need them to fix some things but no one is willing to do that from what i'm seeing off of this administration. >> judge jeanine: you know jessica right now the caravan and the opening, the caravan is expected to hit on the very day that they are going to take title 42 away. so this caravan aboard 130,000 people is going to hit. they will come through and no basis to turn them away with the biden administration immigration but how is that going to affect them? he's adding to it. >> judge jeanine: let me add a follow-up question, joe biden is being criticized by 25 democrats by what he's doing for getting rid of title 42. i'm embarrassed by him. i'm disgusted by him or don't have a right to be? he is opening up the borders to people that we don't eighth and that. we don't know who among them are the criminals and who is a, who is an alcohol, who likes children, who is a latin king. don't we have a right to know that in the united states of america? that might change based on the country you are coming from and which terrorist is running that country. you also have people from central america frustrated because they are ukrainian citizens coming up to the southern border and being ushered in with no pushback at all. so it is a fundamental failure of government that we have and it's mid-april, tax day. but the point is, like we are on the heels of may, then june, then july. more and more people knowing title 42 is no longer going to be a place. it is open season and you know, the democrat congress, democrat president, have once again failed to pass something. it doesn't even have to be comprehensive but some immigration reform that is organized and humane. shame on them for not doing that. >> judge jeanine: in the meantime if they are not going to pass reform, we already have immigration laws that need to be followed. >> you don't get to usurp the laws on the book. and by the way, the people that are living in those towns are minority people. they don't want it to happen. the border patrol is not anti-immigrant they want them to follow the laws on the book because of taxes that has to do with the consequences. by the way, the other states as well. >> judge jeanine: you are from texas. next the liberal media in full on melt down mode as twitter to stop the elon musk takeover. ♪ ♪ [ chantell ] when my teeth started to deteriorate, i stopped hanging out socially. it was a easy decision -- clearchoice.
