how far can we go to get more bodies into these jobs without risking safety? i don't want some 15-year-old driving a truck but to get more workers back in the game? >> some things being talked about, one of those is 18 to 21-year-olds today can drive trucks and a lot of states, up and down the interstate. it makes a lot of sense and extensive training of folks that age, the other thing we've been talking about is a way to get truck drivers in the skilled labor force with the department of labor that would come to this country and drive trucks. todd: light at the end of the tunnel?
