COLUMBIA — The Lincoln women’s cross country team opened its season Friday with an 11th-place finish at Columbia College’s Larry Young Invitational at Gans Creek Course.

Lincoln finished with 314 points in the women’s team standings. Truman State won the team title with 41 points.
