Chatham-Kent police are investigating two rural break-and-enters that have taken place since Christmas Day.
A barn was entered on a Maple Line property near Jacob Road in Dover Township late Monday or early Tuesday. A garage on an adjacent property was also entered.

Police don’t know exactly what was stolen because an inventory is still being compiled.

Also, someone caused approximately $2,000 in damage inside a home entered on Kent Bridge Road in Howard Township.
