One of the biggest shopping centers in Dallas’ northern suburbs has changed hands.
The 32-acre Village on the Parkway retail center in Addison is on the southeast corner of Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Road.
The more than 343,000-square-foot shopping complex includes eight buildings and is anchored by a Whole Foods Market grocery store and an AMC Theater.
Village on the Parkway underwent a $40 million renovation in 2014, the project’s biggest makeover since it opened in 1981.

Highland Park Village just got a new burst of color. Designer Lele Sadoughi, known for her eponymous line of embellished headbands and accessories in punchy shades, just opened her first storefront. Last night’s buzzy grand opening celebration featured sparkling streamers, a headband painting station, and an outdoor garden party.
“I’m especially excited about Dallas because it’s a bit of a homecoming for me,” Sadoughi says. “I was born and raised here. It feels really special to have the premier flagship store in Dallas.”
May is in full swing, and we have a lot of openings to celebrate on the shopping front. From the highly anticipated reopening of RH on Knox Street to a sweet
