The operators of New York City brunch restaurant Sadelle’s signed a lease in Highland Park Village, in place of Royal Blue Grocery.
Sadelle’s will debut in fall 2021, says Jeff Zalaznick, managing partner of Major Food Group.
Major Food Group is the New York-based company bringing Italian behemoth Carbone to the Dallas Design District this year. Major Food Group operates about a dozen restaurant brands in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Hong Kong and Tel Aviv.

Royal Blue Changes Its Name. It will now be called Berkley’s Market, as the local owners part ways with the Austin-based grocer, and the location in Highland Park Village will close on June 27. Berkley is the name of two of the owners’ first dog, a rescued Schnauzer mix. Now you know.

Royal Blue Grocery in Dallas is morphing into Berkley’s Market as local owners say they are ready to put their stamp on the upscale convenience store and grocer.
At the same time, the Royal Blue Grocery in Highland Park Village will be closing. The shopping center hasn’t yet disclosed plans for the 6,000-square-foot space that faces Preston Road, but the locally owned-and-operated center surrounded by multimillion dollar homes usually has a waiting list. (
Yo Lobster is a quaint seaside restaurant tucked in away in Highland Park Village. They have several different types of lobsters rolls, which through us off at first. But, after trying the standard plain roll, we'll for sure be back for more.
