Stephen Seabaugh, 40, of Jackson, Missouri, was extradited to Elizabethtown by the Hardin County Sheriffâs Office.
According to an arrest warrant, between March 7 and March 21 of this year, Seabaugh drove more than four hours and showed up at a former relativeâs home uninvited and began banging on a door. In the days leading up to his arrival, he reportedly sent threatening text messages.
According to the warrant, Seabaugh also sent a message via Facebook Messenger saying he would âskinâ the relative and their children to cleanse them of their sins and proclaimed that he was Jesus Christ.
A neighbor also told police that a truck with a Missouri license plate had been sitting on the roadway near the victimâs home throughout a night in March.

A Campbellsville woman was arrested in West Point after she reportedly poured kerosene from a pump onto a woman at a gas station.
April Lynn Ponder, 42, is being held in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear July 23 in Hardin District Court.
According to an arrest citation, Ponder was seen and heard Wednesday night inside a gas station breaking items and swearing at people.
When Kentucky State Police arrived, Ponder was found in a field near a Valero station and had a âvery strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath,â according to the citation. She also had slurred speech, the document said.
