Missouri man charged with felony stalking

Stephen Seabaugh, 40, of Jackson, Missouri, was extradited to Elizabethtown by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.
According to an arrest warrant, between March 7 and March 21 of this year, Seabaugh drove more than four hours and showed up at a former relative’s home uninvited and began banging on a door. In the days leading up to his arrival, he reportedly sent threatening text messages.
According to the warrant, Seabaugh also sent a message via Facebook Messenger saying he would “skin” the relative and their children to cleanse them of their sins and proclaimed that he was Jesus Christ.
A neighbor also told police that a truck with a Missouri license plate had been sitting on the roadway near the victim’s home throughout a night in March.
