National CineMedia, a cinema advertising network and Trooh (formerly Rouge Media), are working with local and regional advertisers beyond the big screen to reach Gen Z on college campuses. NCM s digital out-of-home group, created to unite brands with audiences beyond theaters in a variety of venues, will sell Trooh s on-campus OOH displays across the U.S., according to a press release. The Noovie On-Campus DOOH offering will target Gen Z movie fans and point-of-market-entry consumers at college campuses, where they spend the most time, including non-academic, commercial spaces such as retail and book stores, student centers and cafeterias and athletics and recreational areas.

National CineMedia, a cinema advertising network, has tapped Steve Sapp to serve as senior vice president of DOOH sales of NCM s DOOH group based in New York, according to a press release.
Prior to joining CineMedia, Sapp served as SVP of national sales at Gas Station TV, according to the release. Movie fans are everywhere, and brands are looking to reach this young, diverse, cord-cutting audience beyond the big screen. We created our new NCM/DOOH group to find new ways to continue to reach and engage with movie fans wherever they are, and Steve is the perfect person to lead that charge, Scott Felenstein, CRO and EVP of NCM, said in the release.
