The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 50-year-old Waterloo resident following a welfare fraud investigation. Deputies say Ronald Miller, 50, of Waterloo was charged with seven counts of offering a false instrument for filing. He’s accused of failing to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County DHS. Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
