Rodic Consultant has developed a first-of-its-kind digital portal ‘Oxygen Monitoring System for UP’ to ensure hassle free and timely supply of oxygen in Uttar Pradesh. The unique platform will regularly monitor and track real-time location of vehicles so that oxygen reaches hospitals without any delay especially during emergencies.

New Delhi [India], April 26 (ANI/NewsVoir): The first-of-its-kind platform will closely track real-time location of vehicles to ensure hassle free oxygen supply to government and private hospitals in the state.

Last week, the Railways decided to run ‘Oxygen Express’ trains in the backdrop of numerous states including Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi facing a massive shortage of medical oxygen for Covid-19 patients.
Empty tankers will be loaded with medical oxygen from Visakhapatnam, Jamshedpur, Rourkela and Bokaro, it had said.
LUCKNOW: An Oxygen Express train carrying around 30,000 litres of liquid medical oxygen arrived here on Saturday morning as Uttar Pradesh is battling a sudden surge in coronavirus cases, an official said.
The special train carrying two truckloads of medical oxygen arrived in the state capital at 6.30 am from Bokaro, Jharkhand. Two trucks of medical oxygen arrived in Lucknow at around 6.30 am. One of the trucks was offloaded in Varanasi late on Saturday. Each truck is of 15,000 litres capacity, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Awanish Kumar Awasthi told PTI.
He said both the trucks may be used for Lucknow and a decision will be taken soon.
