Iowa State University and Drake University joined a growing list of Iowa colleges and universities offering COVID-19 vaccinations to its students before the spring semester ends.
According to the university, undergraduate students, graduate students and resident and nonresident professional students will be prioritized for the one-dose Johnson & Johnson, also known as the Janssen vaccine.
Drake University will begin vaccination clinics for students, faculty and staff on April 9.
On Wednesday. Gov. Kim Reynolds unveiled plans to vaccinate Iowa colleges and universities during her weekly news conference.
