Three of the four candidates for the house cr with us and with assistance from the wyoming league of women voters, we have predetermined the order that the candidates will appear and take questions this evening. All candidates have been briefed on the ground rules for tonights debate. Libertarian candidate Richard Brubaker was invited to participate but declined our invitation.
