Provincial funding is supporting Seniors Active Living Centre programs in Belleville and Prince Edward County – MPP Todd Smith announced on Monday, that $92,162 in funding will be provided. The City of Belleville’s 50-Plus Centre seniors program will receive $42,700 and the Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association will receive $49,462.24. Funds will help the programs in Belleville and Prince Edward County offer online/virtual options, including virtual education/fitness programs, teleconferences and one-on-one telephone calls.
