NEW DELHI: Indian foreign minister S Jaishankar will be visiting the two key Indian Ocean region countries Maldives and Mauritius from 20-23 February, the Indian foreign ministry said on Thursday.
Jaishankar’s first stop will be Maldives where he will arrive on 20 February on a two day visit. “During his visit to the Maldives, Jaishankar will call-on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and have substantive discussions with the Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Defence, Finance, Economic Development and Planning and Infrastructure, the Indian statement said.
