Silver allegedly communicated with the victim through Facebook about selling meth to her, and set up the exchange location at Prospect Park, police reported. The victim waited in an alley near the park until she was picked up by Silver and Walls in a blue Pontiac.

Walk Police arrested a Hollidaysburg man Wednesday after he allegedly violated a protection-from-abuse order and entered a woman’s house while she was sleeping, court documents stated. Paul K. Walk, 37, was arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller on charges of terroristic threats, stalking, harassment and criminal mischief, according to court documents. The victim told Altoona police when she went to bed Wednesday night, Walk was not in the residence, but she awoke a short time later to find him standing over her despite a PFA prohibiting him from being near her, police reported. As she awoke, the victim and Walk began arguing, then Walk allegedly took her phone from her hand.

ifredregill@altoonamirror.com While investigating a trespassing complaint Wednesday at the Cedar Grove Motel, 1671 Bellemeade Drive, police arrested a city man on unrelated drug charges, court documents stated. Michael A. Stine, 38, was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Judge Ben Jones on drug- and firearms-related charges, and he is currently detained at Blair County Prison on a $75,000 cash bail, according to court documents. Around 7 p.m. Wednesday, the motel’s owner flagged down a Logan Township police officer to discuss a complaint about a trespasser, police reported. While investigating the complaint, an officer initiated an interview with two men and a woman exiting a motel room, a criminal complaint stated. A second Logan Township officer arriving at the scene recognized one of the men as Stine, who had an open arrest warrant for narcotics charges, court documents stated.
