The Jimmies put up 25 total runs on Friday in routes over Friends University and Bethel College. Jamestown scored four runs in the sixth inning against Friends, and then kept the offense moving in the second game of the day by putting on six runs versus Bethel. Morgan Geiszler had three RBIs against Friends, and Katie Reisdorfer hit a three-run home run to take down Bethel.
Kat Miska won two games over the weekend, improving her overall record to 4-1 on the season. Miska had 25 total strikeouts on Friday and Saturday. UJ now sits at 10-4 on the season and will play a doubleheader at Tabor College today starting at 2 pm.

In a revitalized historic factory complex near the heart of South Bend, almost 50 high school students gather to build their futures.
The students are enrolled in the new Purdue Polytechnic High School South Bend and are embracing a new style of culturally responsive education, individualized learning plans and real-world experiences all in a former Studebaker factory in the Renaissance District.
