The odd semester exams are expected to begin in the second week of March in most colleges in the state. Education minister Partha Chatterjee will have a round of discussion with vice-chancellors of all state-run universities at the meeting of West Bengal Higher Education Council. “I have an important meeting with vice-chancellors on Wednesday over reopening of colleges and universities.
