Working with gang taskforce detectives, police were able to arrest 22 year-old Francisco Ponce out of Woodland. Ponce was arrested on a warrant for several charges including: Murder, attempted murder, enhancements for criminal street gang activity and weapons charges. In related charges, detectives from Woodland s gang task force traveled to a state prison in central California on April 22 and took 26-year-old Joseph Gonzalez II into custody, police said.
