Harleston Santa Sleigh Tour puts the merry into Christmas for families Published: 10:00, 15 December 2020
The annual Santa Sleigh Tour hit the roads a week later than usual, raising money to be reinvested in the community.
Harleston Round Table organised the tour around town every night this week up until yesterday, with the official route expanded to include Pulham Market and Pulham St Mary.
Marc Drury, chairman of Harleston Round Table, said: âNormally, we give sweets out and have collection buckets but, this year, we had to do things a little differently.
Santa stops to wave at children along the route.
âWe couldnât give out sweets, and donations ware being collected online, but we have had the biggest route ever this year, and people have shown their usual generosity, which was great to see.
