Mighty Pea, a Leeds-based plant milk producer, has been selected to join Tescoâs Incubator Programme.
As part of this latest cohort of brands, Mighty Pea will look to accelerate the growth of its range of plant-based, dairy-free milk products by accessing a series of workshop, business support, and leadership initiatives delivered by Tescoâs product team.
Now in its fourth year, the Tesco Incubator Programme runs for twelve months and partners with small, entrepreneurial brands to âstrengthen partnerships to drive growth and to deliver meaningful differentiationâ to their customers.
Launched in April 2019 by brothers Tom and Nick Watkins, Mighty Pea secured more than £1m in funding last year and its product lines are currently available in Tesco, Sainsburyâs, Morrisons, Marks & Spencer, Ocado, WH Smith and Holland & Barrett.
