89.90 pc Covid-19 patients cured in Khulna division 338 KHULNA, May 4, 2021 (BSS) – In spite of decreasing trend in the daily number of coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in recent days, the recovery rate also rises and currently stands at 89.90 percent in the division. “A total of 28,339 Covid-19 patients healed till Monday out of the total 31,520 infected people and the recovery rate stands at 89.90 percent,” Divisional Director (Health) in Khulna division Dr. Rasheda Sultana told BSS today. Among the total recovered patients, 7,957 in Khulna, 5,628 in Jashore 4,363 in Kushtia 2,537 in Jhenaidah, 1,730 in Chuadanga, 1,728 in Narail,1,272 in Bagerhat, 1,199 in Satkhira, 1,133 in Magura, and 792 in Meherpur districts. Talking to BSS, Assistant Director (Health) Dr. Ferdoushi Akter said 223 more coronavirus affected people recovered in the last 24 hours till this noon raising their total number to 28,339 in all 10 districts of the division.

COVID-19 positive cases reach 31,318 in Khulna, 27,929 cured 334 KHULNA, May 2, 2021 (BSS) – With detection of 39 new more positive cases in the past 24-hour, the total number of COVID-19 infected patients in the division now reached 31,318, said a COVID-19 quarantine and isolation related daily report today. “We received 156 samples in Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMC) and other samples in Jashore and Kushtia laboratories in the last 24 hours till this noon and 39 persons have been diagnosed with COVID-19 infection,” Assistant Director (Health) of Khulna division Dr. Ferdousi Akhter told BSS this noon. The health officials said among the newly detected 39 COVID-19 patients 20 are in Khulna, 15 in Bagerhat and four in Kushtia districts in the division.

30,810 infected with Covid-19, 27,469 cured in Khulna 207 KHULNA, April 27, 2021 (BSS) – With the detection of 77 new positive cases in all ten districts of the division, the total number of COVID-19 infected patients now hit 30,810 till this noon. A total of 27,469 have been cured from the lethal virus infection and recovery rate now stands at 89.15 percent,” Assistant Director (Health) for Khulna division Dr. Ferdousi Akhter told BSS today. The total number of COVID-19 patients rose to 30,810 with 77 new positive cases were reported after testing 209 samples at the Khulna Medical College Laboratory and two other COVID-19 laboratories in the division in the last 24 hours till this noon.

A total of 27,013 have been cured from the lethal virus infection and recovery rate now stands at 88.69 percent,” Assistant Director (Health) for Khulna division Dr. Ferdousi Akhter told BSS today. The total number of COVID-19 patients rose to 30,459 with 105 new positive cases were reported after testing 200 samples at the Khulna Medical College Laboratory and two others COVID-19 laboratories in Khulna division in the last 24 hours till this noon.
