Moberly school board approves FY22 budget

In lieu of reports of its strong financial operational structure and short-term outlook, the Moberly Public School District is taking great advantage and banking on the situation to not only enhance the educational opportunities of its students, but also reward district personnel in an effort to retain and attract quality educators.
This seemingly was the key highlight of the district s 2021-22 fiscal year budget approved by the board of education at its June 8 monthly business meeting.
Learning that Missouri lawmakers approved a budget that included full funding of the state s educational foundation formula, a financial analysts report indicating Moberly having a strong A+ bond rating,, and coupling this with Moberly voters supporting the school district in the recent April election, Interim Superintendent Dr. Dustin Fanning told gatherers at the meeting this greatly set the wheels in motion for the district to take

Each year, the Fort Payne Board of Education presents its Employees of the Year awards to teachers, transportation and CNP workers and classroom aides for their âabove and beyondâ actions for students. Each award recipient was nominated by their peers in the school system and plaques were presented on Tuesday by Fort Payne Superintendent Jim Cunningham.

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Chesterfield County Public Schools has named its 2022 Teacher of the Year.
Clover Hill Elementary School’s Instructional Designer Raegen Dinelli received the award in a year where instructional technology has been essential to students.
Dinelli, a former fifth-grade teacher, has been at Clover Hill since 2006. She was also the school division’s 2022 Elementary School Teacher of the Year.
