Tonight, and we expect a large assume those debates even increase in their viewership where a lot of the political campaigning conventions, other forms of political communication, has waned over the past several years. Not so with debates. We actually set a record four years ago. Brought theey largest crowd, but that first debate was almost 82 Million Viewers. The alltime record. Most of those viewers tuning in, what we have learned, as high as 90 plus percent of those are there to cheer on their candidate and to root for the candidate that they already are committed to. Mess. Lets ta the fire. You can see some smoke sight now, this was in the chinatown district on webster street. It broke out around 8 30 a. M. Crews think it raced between two buildings in a tight space and got inside this building. They had to cut into the roof as you see there to gain access to the fire on the second floor. Here is another view from the ground. The building houses several businesses including the rang dang vietnamese restaurant. 70 firefighters on scene successfully prevented the fire from spreading to the buildings next door which were evacuated including a bank. The old buildings, were they built really closely to their neighbors so it always creates an issue with exposures. We want to protect the exposure at the same time that we are taking care of be so tight. People all over oakland and alameda posted video and pictures from the scene this morning of the smoke and the flames. We found this video on the citizen app. No injuries to report. If youve been following the news, i imagine, you like me, have found it difficult to ignore the topic of refugees. This is an image of a refugees experience fleeing communist vietnam in 1975, but in many ways, it reminds us of images that we might see on the news today. Its hard to ignore the human stories of families perishing at sea, refugees are suffocating in meat trucks, theyre crowding onto leaky boats, theyre drowning the bodies of those who are unable to cross to safety, are washing up on mediterranean beaches. And refugees have been in the news for the past few years particularly related to the crisis in syria, but refugees are being uprooted by conflict all around the world.
