COLUMBIA, S.C. Traffic is moving normally again on Interstate 77 in Columbia after a crash between a tractor-trailer and a dump truck.
The incident happened in the southbound lanes at Exits 9 A and B, which is the Garners Ferry Road exit, just before 10 a.m.
Troopers say a tractor-trailer and dump truck were traveling north at that location when the tractor-trailer struck the rear of a dump truck. The dump truck then overturned into the southbound lanes. There were no injuries.

COLUMBIA, S.C. People traveling north on I-77 around the southeastern part of Columbia need to be aware of an accident that has all lanes blocked from near Mile Marker 10 (Fort Jackson Blvd) to Exit 9 (Garners Ferry Rd)
The incident began around 5:36 a.m.
South Carolina Highway Department reports a tanker truck went off the roadway and hit the guardrail. The tractor-trailer then overturned into the road where it was hit by two other vehicles.
There were no injuries.
Clean up is expected to take several more hours. Motorists are asked to find an alternative route and to expect delays while crews on the scene work to clear the roadway.

Move Over Law in effect Tuesday in Pennsylvania

PENNSYLVANIA, USA Pennsylvania s new Move Over Law goes into effect Tuesday morning and will mean stricter penalties for those in violation.
Drivers must move over to the next lane or slow down significantly if an emergency vehicle is stopped on the shoulder.
Police vehicles, fire trucks, and tow trucks are some vehicles drivers should look out for.
The law has been around for years, but authorities say new additions are being made.
