My dad did not stay in teaching, because he discovered that what was listed on his contract as his per month payment was not the same as he was receiving. This was at a time when the boards of education for all composed of waste men, and so at the end of the year my father approached a person who was a scientist voucher for a payment. He said i noticed that there is a discrepancy here. It was a five dollar difference between what he was supposed to be paid and what he was receiving. Coronavirus crisis. This is two hours and 30 minutes. I want to begin by thanking our pannestist and esteemed members for joining us. This week our country passed a grim milestone, more than 100,000 americans have lost their lives due to the coronavirus pandemic. Thousands of americans continue to contract this virus every day. Over 150 more here in South Carolina on yesterday. And the day before, wednesday, marked our largest singleday increase of covid19 deaths. Local Community Leaders across the country, democrats, and republic ans need strong federal leadership to help them combat this deadly threat. Communities need federal help to get the protective equipment and testing supplies they need to protect their front line medical workers and essential employees. Unfortunately the administration is leaving it up to the states. Forcing them to compete against each other in order to purchase equipment and supplies from the private sector, leading to higher prices and greater shortages. W
