An Australian dietitian has revealed the exact shopping list she recommends to clients who want to lose weight.
Susie Burrell, from Sydney, said you don t have to starve yourself in order to lose weight, and you can still enjoy your favourite foods like bread, cheese and the odd sweet treat while getting lean. This week, I went in search of products that I specifically use in meal plans for weight control, Susie posted on Instagram.
