Susie Burrell, from Sydney, said you don t have to starve yourself in order to lose weight, and you can still enjoy your favourite foods like bread, cheese and the odd sweet treat while getting lean. This week, I went in search of products that I specifically use in meal plans for weight control, Susie posted on Instagram. This isn t exhaustive and doesn t include fruits and vegetables because they wouldn t fit, but here are a few of my favourites.
