The young makers at this camp – their ages range from seven to 18 years old – have created 11 light creatures, which will be on display at The Trinket Shop from April 30 to May 2. Ben Hoadley And Barkin Sertkaya - The Back Room, Thames

Barkin Sertkaya - guitar Ben Hoadley and Barkin Sertkaya both teach at the University of Auckland School of Music, and have a wealth of performing experience between then, regularly delighting audiences throughout New Zealand and internationally. They look forward to sharing the warm sounds of bassoon and classical guitar in their enchanting programme of music ranging from Renaissance improvisation to Brazilian modinha, with a new composition by Ben Hoadley that Barkin recently premiered at the NZ Classical Guitar Festival in Wellington.
