The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Sunday issued an Endangered Child Alert for Hamilton County teen Daphne Westbrook, who has been missing since Oct. 2019.
Westbrook and her two dogs did not return from a weekend visit with her non-custodial father John Oliver Westbrook on Oct. 7, 2019.
Daphne, a now-18-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes, may be with John Westbrook, a 42-year-old white male.
John Westbrook is wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff s Office on allegations of aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference, according to a TBI tweet.
Authorities believe John Westbrook may have traveled to the western United States with Daphne. He has contacts in Colorado, New Mexico, California and Washington, though the pair could be anywhere, according to TBI.

ATLANTA - Authorities are searching for a missingTennessee girl who relatives believe may be in north Georgia.
Jaylei Shyenne Smith, 13, has an endangered child alert issued for her by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Thursday. Investigators believe Smith left her home in New Hope, Tennessee sometime overnight, but her family wasn t alerted to it until the morning.
Smith is described by the TBI as being 5-feet-8-inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Monday announced the indictment of a former Cheatham County deputy on felony sex charges.
Jeremy Ryan Ethridge, an ex-sergeant with the Cheatham County Sheriff s Department, was arrested Monday on two counts of sexual battery, the TBI reported.
According to TBI officials, on Sept. 4, 23rd District Attorney General Ray Crouch requested TBI agents to investigate allegations of sexual battery by an off-duty sergeant.
During the course of the investigation, the TBI reported, agents developed information around Aug. 29 that Ethridge, 37, was responsible for inappropriately touching a female without her consent.
On May 3rd, the Cheatham County Grand Jury indicted Ethridge on the sexual battery charges.
