Six people are in critical condition after a collision between two Light Rail Transit (LRT) trains in Kuala Lumpur on May 24 evening, with preliminary reports indicating that a human error led to the incident which sent dozens to hospital.

KUALA LUMPUR: Police are investigating Prasarana chairman Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman for violating the movement control order standard operating procedure.
Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Zainal Abdullah said they opened investigations after viewing a video that showed Tajuddin not wearing a mask during his press conference after visiting the KLCC LRT station.
The Pasir Salak MP allegedly did not wear a face mask during his press conference on the LRT mishap on Tuesday (May 25). We are investigating the case under Section 21A of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 as well as Rule 17(1) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Regulations, said ACP Mohamad Zainal.
