Adopt joint rules package (H 68) The House, 128 to 31, approved a set of joint rules under which the House and Senate will operate in the 2021 to 2022 session. “The joint rules package that is before all of us will allow all of us to work more efficiently and will clarify some of our existing procedures,” said Rep.
