ZANESVILLE - A Zanesville man whose criminal record began long before turning 18 is heading to prison once more.
On Wednesday, 38-year-old Ross Zwelling was sentenced to three years in prison, which is half the time argued for by the prosecution on two third-degree felony charges of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Zwelling was arrested at the beginning of the year after police found him slumped over the steering wheel of his car.
According to Assistant Prosecutor John Litle, Zwelling was caught on camera discarding the drugs he had on him as police were conducting a search.
