Gull Lake used a seven-run fourth inning to take a 7-1 lead before the Cardinals rallied. They were down 7-2 entering the last of the sixth before they scored five runs to tie the game. Cole Barker was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to cut the lead down to 7-3. Joe Closson and Aiden Marsden then followed with two-run singles.

Coldwater completed the sweep in the second game as they defeated the Blue Devils 10-3 to improve to 4-0. Gull Lake used a seven-run fourth inning in the first contest to take a 7-1 lead before the Cardinals rallied. Basil was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order, sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $100. Shayne D. Williams was found guilty of failing to comply with a probation order and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance, sentenced to 51 days in jail and assessed a victim surcharge of $100. In Provincial Court on Sept. 10: Cole Burger was found guilty of unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, placed on probation for 12 months, assessed a victim surcharge of $100 and prohibited from possessing firearms for two years.
