With the St. Joseph school district bond issue just around the corner, St. Jospeh school officials say there are a few things you should know before voting.
Project Executive with McCrownGordon Construction Chris Hess then says renovating an existing building is a faster option.
“If you look at building a new high school on a new sight, you’re looking at about three years from the time the bond would pass its about one year of design and then two years of construction,” Hess tells St. Joseph Post.
Hess says the American Family building is ready for renovations.
