Aspiria, a vast multi-use development on the former Sprint campus in Overland Park, will be powered completely by wind energy, according to its Wichita-based developer Occidental Management.
The company says it plans to have the 207-acre site powered 100% by wind farms in Kansas and Oklahoma in a partnership with utility Evergy.

Kansas City, Missouri will be latest city blessed with a Whataburger location

Whataburger, the San Antonio-based company is branching out to launch a new location in Kansas City, Missouri, according to the Shawnee Mission Post.
Patrick Mahomes, a Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Texas native, who has made his feelings known about his desire for a Whataburger to open a Missouri spot, will finally get his wish. Per the Post, the Overland Park Planning Commission unanimously approved a final development of the new store on Monday.
However, it doesn t look like the Texas chain will stop with the one location as they are also planning to open another location in Blue Springs, Missouri, according to the Post.
