The engine gets lighter pistons, new connecting rods and fuel injectors among a host of other upgrades. The Hayabusa comes equipped with a new slip and assist-clutch, Brembo Stylema brakes, 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and Suzuki Drive Mode Selector Alpha (SDMS-a) which includes Power Mode Selector, Engine Brake Control System, Anti-Lift Control System, Motion Track Traction Control System and Bi-Directional Quick Shift System.
