Foundation launch inspiring TutuTalks series

Discover how
social entrepreneur Samantha Mkandhla learned to overcome the personal cost of
servant leadership and still work to make the world a better place. She was the
subject of the first in the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation’s 2021
TutuTalks series, launched this week.
Mkandhla, who
founded the award-winning social justice and advocacy platform Lady Liberty SA
in 2014 to provide marginalised women with access to the justice system, delivered
the first in the Foundation’s TutuTalks 2021: Showcasing Moral and Ethical
Leadership series, on 11 May.

Leo Burnett is tasked with taking the brand’s creative and communications strategy forward. linkedin Havas Creative India has bagged the digital duties for ITC foods’ brand Bingo. The mandate will comprise the complete portfolio of ITC Salty snacks, including all Bingo products, NoRulz and any future launches. The mandate includes digital campaign planning, social media management and creative thinking across all digital platforms. The agency will focus on building and strengthening equity for the brand and its entire portfolio of ITC Bingo’s sub-brands in India. Its Mumbai office will handle the account. starts a new chapter this month with the appointment of Jabulani Sikhakhane as
new editor of the online title. Sikhakhane takes over the reins from Caroline
Southey, who will assume the role of founding editor, shifting her focus to the
site’s future sustainability. She will also deputise for the editor in his
absence.
