Gateway to Pride is the Missouri History Museumâs momentous first step to bolster LGBTQIA+ representation in its programming and collection. Featuring oral stories, cultural artifacts, and an illustrated timeline, this virtual exhibit could be the gateway to understanding and supporting St. Louisâ LGBTQIA+ communities.Â
âWe want everybody to find themselves here,â says curator Sharon Smith, âThis was an opportunity for us to make the LGBTQIA+ community part of the collections and everything that we do at the museum.â
