2nd person dies from weekend plane crash in Cullman County

The pilot critically injured in the weekend plane crash in Cullman County has died.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick said Frederick Dawson “Noah” Holloway died Monday night at the hospital. He is the second fatality from the Saturday crash.
The single-engine aircraft crashed Saturday evening in a wooded area about half a mile west of the airfield at Cullman Regional Airport, according to the airport’s general manager, Ben Harrison.
It’s unclear who was piloting the plane or what caused the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating.
